Today!

It has been awhile since posting on my blog, my life has been wrapped up in work.  Some time ago while watching an interview with Tim McGraw, he said the best songs are written when the writer feels pain; it is usually only then his or her true feelings are transcribed onto paper.  I remember him saying emotions are more raw and the depth of one’s feelings are more easily expressed.  There is probably a great deal of truth to his comment, as it seems to easier to let my feelings flow when thinking about hurt.   Of course, my intent has always been to keep this blog as positive a possible as an encouragement for my followers and those who are only passing by to read a post or two.  My hope today is to share with you some words to help you grow in some way.

We are spirit beings incased inside of these bodies we travel in, who you see in the mirror is only a small reflection of you.  The real you is found within, it is your soul, the real person you are.  I am fortunate to have a soul connection with a few people.  There are times when those I am connected with are very close, and other times when we are not so close, but yet there is a connection.  So what is the true condition of your soul?  The smile lines on your face and the glow in your eyes are a good indicator of the condition of your spirit.  For those who have traveled along this life with hurt, yet finding a way to always provide a positive glow to others possess a special radiance that illuminates the world around them.  It makes them more magnetic as they welcome others into their sphere unafraid to share truth and provide peaceful thoughts.

Today, I want for you to realize you are special, there is something wonderful about you and there are others who need you.  Do not be afraid to share the depth of your emotions, your true feelings revealing them to those who have most meaning in your life.  In doing so, it brings comfort to your soul and theirs forging an eternal bond that will remain forever.  There are those who have meaning in your life for which your soul will be connected forever, the best thing we can do is to love others, and at some point God will return the favor to us.

Be Determined

What do you want?  Truly, what do you want in your life?   If you do not have it, then what are you waiting for?  You have all the power within your soul to achieve your dreams.  There is no reason to allow anything or anyone to stop you.  Life does take commitment and discipline, and that is up to you to supply; and with enough determination, you can achieve the greatest of goals and live your dreams.  Tomorrow morning when you awake, live your plan, execute it perfectly in every way and you will discover all the pieces of the puzzle no matter the complexity will piece by piece be matched up perfectly.   Today, my friend, decide to care, decide to love and decide to live.

Are You Scared to Live?

Are you scared to live?

I am asking you this question because it needs answered!  Based upon what I know about myself and others, it is my opinion, most people are scared to live.  We want the ideal body, but yet we either starve ourselves or eat junk and fail to exercise regularly.  We seek the perfect relationship, yet we have unrealistic standards, fail to communicate, become susceptible to our fears and lose ourselves to a pseudo reality.

What emotions move you?  Is it pursuing happiness or perhaps you are driven by fear to pay your bills,  the unknowns of the future, or runaway from hurt based upon unbelief in yourself and the divinity God placed within your soul.  What do you want in your life?  Truly, I am asking as your friend… what do you want? 

Every day, as you evaluate your time what are the reasons behind your decisions?  What are you truly capable of achieving in this life?    Is there a sense of trepidation within your soul?  Toss aside your worries, the anxiety of fear, and society’s phobias into the abyss.  This is your life, your moment to shine and stand out, not that you are seeking the world’s attention, but to seek the greatness and divinity inside yourself for your own sake.   

Now is the time to shed your fears and reveal the light within your soul.  We all have only so many moments given to us.  God has provided each as a special gift known to us each day as the present.

So stop running away from your fears, decide to live your life with faith based upon taking daily action steps to live the life of your dreams.

God loves you!  We may not be able to comprehend the maladies of this world, however rather than filling our minds with the constant alarm of fear, we must trudge on!  Like a mountain climber, we take one step at a time and with the help of others and the right equipment, we will experience success.

So my friend, stop being so scared to live and write down your dreams, believe with feeling their very existence and go live your life.

Path of Purity

It is 4:32 a.m., I have been awake for an hour and my thoughts have taken me to many different places.  I was listening to a youtube video where the speaker was discussing the difference between knowing and reacting to your intuition versus responding to fear.  In a book that I am reading now it is apparent there are many types of behaviors which are a response to our past feelings which caused fear.  What I have learned about myself is one of my strengths is my vulnerability to share my true self and my heart.  So that brings me to the real reason for writing today, I wanted to share about revealing one’s true self.

So many times, we find ourselves afraid to reveal our true selves and pouring out our hearts and uncovering who we really are.  We are afraid others may judge us without accepting who we are for the sake of knowing the real person behind the mask.  Sometimes, we too become timid, as not to open ourselves up for hurt.  However, when we allow ourselves to reveal the divinity within, then we are  finally able to travel a path of purity.  This path of purity is where we uncover our inhibitions and realize how remarkable we are and are able to self-actualize.

As you reflect upon your individual path of purity, ask yourself who you want to become and what do you feel.  Ask yourself, how you deserve to be loved, and what does it feel like.  Take a moment to ponder the power that lies within in your soul.  You are amazing!  Accept yourself as one of God’s most magnificent creations with the power to change the world. It is within you, I hope you know that!  Do you feel energized, whole, perfect, empowered without a thought of fear? Are you able to finally allow yourself to love and be loved as you have never loved before?  Do you now know who you want to become?  And while on the path, do you feel the presence of God in all places surrounding you?  Do you realize, once you discover this path, you will never have to leave it. The choice to live an empowered bold life is totally up to you. 

One of the most marvelous feelings while traveling the path is realizing life can always be lived this way.  We do not have to expose ourselves to the negatives of this world, but create our own universe of happiness, joy and contentment where we can experience true ecstasy.  We do not have to allow ourselves to be affected by the bad decisions of others, or their acceptance.  Rather, we can choose to accept ourselves for the magnificence that lies within our souls. 

Being true to ourselves also means we experience heart intelligence.  Heart intelligence is listening to the core of our being, to follow our heart rather than our minds.  Sometimes when we choose to be guided by our mind we miss out on the opportunities our heart is leading us to.  This leading within our hearts is based upon a solid feeling of purity and wholeness.  When we begin to trust our heart, we initiate a transformation of our lives from the inside out.  We are finally able to realize the purpose of our beinghood and release all the positive emotions of love we have so long desired for the outside world to see, feel and experience.  We are able to encounter everyone in our lives revealing our true authenticity.

My hope and prayer for you my friend is that you take your shoes off and be unafraid to walk down your own personal path of purity.  I want you to discover your true self and be fearless in revealing your heart to the world. 

Who can you help?

Today, I picked up a hitchhiker thumbing his way to my home town.  Ironically, I was 50 miles from home and saw him standing in the rain.  He was wearing a camouflage jacket, had nothing with him and possessed an appearance of innocence.  Upon picking him up, I took note of his demeanor, where he placed his hands and studied his body language, as in this ‘ole world of ours nowadays you can never be too careful.  It was coincidence that he was heading my way, and obviously it was just me riding in my automobile, so there was no reason precluding me from picking him up.

We talked about politics, he mused about the weather, his job and the harshness he felt in his life. 

Of course, I listened and realized how blessed I am to be me.

Upon dropping him off at his destination which happened to be only a few blocks from my home, he quipped that he was not an angel, but perhaps if he was I should play the lottery today.

Well, for those of you who truly know me, most likely a lottery ticket will not be purchased this day, but I was happy to help someone who really needed me, if just to bum a ride.

I am not suggesting you pick up a hitchhiker, however, today there is someone who needs you.  Maybe you are needed to only just to pay a compliment, provide a hug or loan lunch money.  The world needs everyone of us and if God truly resides in our hearts, maybe we should show the world some of His love.

A Time to Think!

Back in May, I posted about small children being killed in another country in our world.  It appeared no one cared.  The hypocrisy of it all is every day in the United States, the land of the free, home of the brave we kill 4,000 innocent lives every day!  I do not care whether you are republican, democrat, libertarian, independent or for that matter without any affiliation to a political party, murder is murder.

Just because you cannot see who you are murdering, know who you are murdering, or have spoken to who you are murdering, does not make it right!

 I am a Christian, and maybe not a very good one, but nonetheless, I completely disagree with those who have no regard for life.    It is not a matter of how things happen, God’s commandment is Thou Shalt Not Kill!  Can it get in plainer than that? 

I just want you my reader to think, and that is the reason for my post today.  God is love, we are to be love as imitators of Him, and if so, we need to stand for those who cannot stand for themselves.

One final thought!  I  saw a bumper sticker of which I am paraprhasing: the Africans did not choose to be slaves; the Jews did not choose the holocaust; neither did the unborn babies choose to be aborted.

Just what do you stand for and whom?

Freedom

Love that lasts forever

Dreams that never die

Hope that never fades

All these cliché’s denote all things are eternal and will never perish.

The truth is the only thing that remains forever is God’s love. 

All things human are frail, wither and are temporary.

Relationships come and go and many people are only in our lives for a season.

True commitment relies upon honor that transcends the vows so many make.

Honor doesn’t rely on feelings; rather honor is grounded in a steadfast devotion and allegiance to our highest virtues… faithfulness, loyalty and a pledge with assurance to remain true no matter our circumstances, situations or immediate opinions and way of thinking.

I am truly an idealist and would rather dispel the notions of the cynics and seek optimism and take action.  I would rather choose honor, choose to dream and choose love, and love someone special in a place where there is no space or time. 

I write these words today for those whose feelings are vacillating, for those who have suffered bruised or broken hearts, and felt they have exchanged their dreams for broken promises.  I write these words to remind me to live with honor this day.  None of us are a cliché, nor is our lives, or our thoughts.  Open your eyes and see the open door leading to your dreams.   If you can see your dreams then you can realize them and experience the real freedom you desire in your life. 

We work to gain freedom, and we desire freedom so we may live.

Know this my friend, there is…

Love that does remain forever is vibrant and all encompassing.

Dreams which empower one’s soul and are eternal

And hope is realized when we take the first action step to make a change in our lives.

Innocence

Tonight, I feel compelled to write about innocence.  It is a shame we all cannot rewind our lives back to our childhood when we longed so much to know about the world.  In our ignorance we wanted to know about everything, when in reality we were so protected from the brashness of this world which kept us from harm and without knowledge of how polluted this world truly is.  Polluted with disdain towards others due to their origins, their color, their pasts without realizing there is nothing different between any of us, except our ideologies.  We all bleed the same.  The truth is God loves us all.   He truly does, even the ones we feel do not deserve it, He loves them.  In His eyes, we are all Holy.

So this evening, the question I pose to you, who is holy in your eyes?  Have you been deceived?  Are you deceiving yourself, and if so, are you ready to grow and to expand your horizons and the limits of your being-hood.  Do you truly know what love is …and who do you love most?

What if I told you that I loved you, would you believe it, would you accept me, would you acknowledge the purity found in my eyes?  I wish we could all go back to a time of innocence, a day where we accepted everyone, smiled, extended our arms unafraid to take the hand of others.  We called everyone our friends, we shared and we loved without worry of what we might receive; only concerned with what we had to give.  We said hello to strangers and we did not fear.  Ah! those days of innocence. 

If I placed my finger on your lips and gazed into your eyes, what would you feel?  When you look deeply into my eyes, who do you see and what do you sense?  Are you able to sense the real me and connect with my soul, or are you skeptical of my intentions and ambivalent about what lies in my heart? 

Today, I pray we are able to find our way back to a day of innocence, and when we arrive may we all discover love, find peace, and experience holiness in one another.  Peace to you and your journey in this life.

What is a friend?

A friend is someone who will always be there to stand in your corner.  They are someone who listens, they do not judge us for our actions and regardless of our stupidity, ignorance, ups and downs they still love us and accept us for who we are.  A real friend is one of our soul mates causing us to stretch by challenging our thinking.  A real friend wants us to grow and become everything we are meant to be!  A real friend desires the best for us to live beyond the status quo of society stretching and reaching to the realms of greatness in every area of our lives.  They too, are unafraid to grow and listen to our own suggestions for growth.  Mutually, we both want to bask in great success in every area of one another’s lives. 

A friend is someone who shares!  A friend shares happiness, optimism, excitement and exhilaration.  A friend knows how to connect with us and love us, respects us and our children.  A friend is able to lift us to new heights by believing in our dreams, and would never step on them, rather choose to be our greatest encouragers.  A friend realizes we have unlimited potential and wants to fly along with us to the greatest of heights. 

A friend listens, even when they are tired of doing so!  The reason is one day they’ll need us too to also listen.  A friend never frets about us, rather encourages us to look at every alternative leading towards a path for success.  Our friends are unafraid to dare us to grow, rather than to continually argue about what we can and cannot do, there are no objections only encouragement to defy the mediocrity of the masses and to live boldly with bravado.  A good friend’s encouragement and embrace is the bright dazzling light of our day, as we too should be a vivid of light of hope and peace to them.

A friend believes in potentialities!  This is why it is so important to choose the right people in our lives to become our friends.  Real friends believe in our potential and who we are becoming and choose to grow right along with us. 

Real friends are unafraid to say, “I love you!”  The love shared is based upon respect, true caring and a depth of mutual understanding.  We share the knowledge of always being there no matter the situation, elation and happiness, death and despair, to always be there.  There is an unsaid respect that binds us. A real friend is fearless, undaunted as they share tears, deep thoughts, laughter and many smiles.

A real friend - a true friend is the greatest of all gifts!

Where do you stand?

Tonight I went walking in the woods gazing up at the sky.  I couldn’t help but notice the silhouette of the trees along the horizon and enjoyed lurking through the tall pines at the twinkling stars.  As I came upon the lake it was quite evident just how vast the night sky truly is looking up over the hills and into the dark abyss.  It magnifies our presence of living now, and makes one realize the vastness of eternity.  Maybe in our western world we are too busy to look up and see what the rest of the world views each night without all trappings of our harried culture.

I haven’t watched the news in awhile, and stopped for just a few minutes to investigate the report of young children being slaughtered in the streets.  They are in their own neighborhoods believing and longing for safety and security where others who disregard the value of life just kill for the sake of killing.  Why?  We sit here worrying about our dining choices, how to pay for a new car or vacation without realizing the dire need of those who so desperately long for peace.  We are so blind, perhaps truly apathetic and uncaring.

So, you are probably inquiring how is it that Rob is connecting a walk in the dark woods gazing at stars to the value of little children lives a half a world away.  Maybe if you have read a few of my writings then you know the depth of my soul.  I truly care, I truly long for the world to experience peace.  Sometimes to find peace we have to make decisions to concede, to live with the status quo, or to fight.  In the case of the little children and the merciless condition of their enemies, I think we should fight.  How do we do so, by choosing to stand for peace!

I will not apologize for standing up for little children, they do not deserve to witness tragedy, they do not deserve to be pawns in a sick game.  I believe in life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.  The question is… does the rest of world, and does the rest of my country know the true meaning of those words and willing to take a stand, or continue to live with blind apathy?  Sadly, I think I already know the answer.

So where do you stand?

Embrace the Moment!

I want to write to you today and tell you to go live your life!  Now is your time, this very moment you breathe the oxygen in the atmosphere, this very moment you drink the water from the ground, this very moment you decide to accept your destiny in the chronicles of humanity.  We who live in the western world have so much to be thankful for, so much we accept as normal without realizing the precious opportunity we have to live and enjoy such great lives.  Today, this day please make the choice to really live and step outside of yourself and be everything you are capable of becoming.  Living on a higher plane means sometimes making choices which may seem contradictory to the norm of society, but to those who live with real heart and gusto, it makes all the sense in the world. 

Today, decide to challenge yourself to stretch in several areas of your life.  Amplify your level of consciousness to encompass realizing the potentialities of which you are capable.  Make the decision to live with drive and embrace life doing all the things you ever desired.  Jump on a sailboat, out of a plane, into the ocean, underneath the sea, or climb a mountain… go and live.  This is your life!   This is your life my friend, make it everything you ever desired.  Please do not die with all the music left inside your soul, rather choose to live this day sampling all the flavors of the world.  Smile and laugh more, worry less, love without restraint and deeply, make your life a model for all humanity. 

Believe the Best!

Recently, I have listened to several speakers in regard to living our lives the way we want them to be, and it is interesting how each of them have similar theoretical logic.  Each of the speakers shared we are to amplify our thoughts to line up with only what we want.  We are to let go of negative emotion and only concentrate on the positive and tell the story of our lives as we feel they should be.  Many great successful people have believed no matter what setback to befall them that they would succeed.  We too, should follow their example believing the best about our lives staying the course no matter what adversity, and we will without question reach our destination.

It is very easy to become discouraged or temporarily disenchanted when circumstances appear dire or contrary to our beliefs, schedule or timing.  We should rather realize that people, events and happenings are taking place as they should to prepare us for the bounty that lies ahead.  Sometimes through perseverance we grow wiser, more mature and become more able to handle what life has to offer.  We are able to command more and realize greater profits monetarily and spiritually.

Today, live telling your life story they way you want.  Expound upon every desire no matter how outrageous realizing this is your life, this is your moment, and this is your time to live as you choose to live.  Decide to be happy, decide to believe the best about yourself and others.  This very moment the forces of the universe through your thought patterns are bringing you great abundance of love, happiness, health, and wealth.  There is nothing or no one that can stop you from living the large life you deserve except yourself.  Today, choose to believe the best!

Think and Feel the Best!

Today is a great day to release all your fears and realize everything about God is about faith, trust and love.  We are His children created in His own image.  What is His image?  And what is ours based upon the fact we are designed as a mirror to Him?  We as humans many times allow the devil, the world and our flesh to overtake our thoughts, and thus destroy the perfection God has provided us.  This is a great day to realize by choosing to live and making His thoughts our thoughts, these lives of ours will be much easier to live and we will realize the greatness He has provided to us through our baptism.

We are God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved.  Think about that thought!  With this being the case, is there anything we are not able to accomplish with our lives?  Remember Philippians 4:8:  “Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable--if anything is excellent or praiseworthy--think about such things.”

Today, eliminate all negative thoughts by believing and thinking only the best of yourself, all whom you encounter and decide to make a difference for others in this life.  Choose to live for God by carrying His banner removing all the obstacles out of the way in this old world so He may be able to move forward where He wants to go. 

There is a song I love which has some great lyrics, here are just a few to share with you. ‘We live in a beautiful world no matter how crazy it seems, the sun is shining, can you feel it?   Hearts are open, can you feel it?  It is a beautiful world, the fog is clearing out, fears are lifting, awaken the spirit can you hear all bells that are ringing, things are changing for the better stand by me, stand by you because together we are going to make it.  Baby, it is a beautiful world together we are strong, it is time to move to a place which is much brighter, the love that I feel is beautiful, bright and deep.  It is a beautiful world, it is a beautiful world.  It is a beautiful world no matter how crazy it seems.’  These words heard in repetition over and over makes one realize today is a new day, we live in the present, no matter how crazy things appear by choosing to higher thoughts, believing in yourself and others, opportunities will be showered upon you and we will live lives of great destiny.   

In life, we manifest what we desire by our feelings, so choose to think the right thoughts, express the best feelings consistently and discover the changes you desire in your life.   

Go and Love, Go and Live!

We cannot live in the past, we cannot live in the future, we can only live in the now!  So with this knowledge… are you living in the now?  Living in the now means you are willing to mentally separate yourself from your past, those moments of triumph and moments of despair.  Are you are ready to realize you can do nothing about the future, except for impacting your life with what you do with your time now.  What is it you seek…fame, fortune, accolades?  Now is the time to make a difference in your life with how you organize your mind, your thoughts and your life.

Are you in love?  Do you seek love?  How do you love?  Today, choose to make a difference by deciding to be a lover of others.  This day choose to embrace, kiss and respect others more.

Are you wealthy?  Do you seek wealth?  Do you value your personal resources?  Today, choose to make a difference by deciding to value your abilities and talents.  This day choose to work smarter, more effectively, and provide greater service to others than you ever have before.

Are you healthy? Do you seek health?  Do you value your body, mind and soul?  Today, choose to make a difference by deciding to value your physical body.  This day choose to walk, run, swim, play and workout.  This day choose to make good food choices and live exuberantly with a more lively step.

Are you enlightened?  Do you seek enlightenment?  Do you value your life, your soul, your true life force?  Do you believe in God Almighty?  This day choose to meditate, pray, clean your brain of mindless chatter, and believe with powerful intention the way you want your life to be and discover the truth of all the universal principles.

Today, this day is a great day to decide to choose to live.  Decide to cover your past with a sheet, and do not fret or long for the future.  This day choose to embrace this moment with all the power of your internal life force.  Decide to live for you by giving yourself away to the world and in doing so, discover so much more of who you are, and become what the world seeks.  This day choose to become life, love and happiness.  This day make your presence the most magnificent gift anyone could ever receive.  Make a difference by becoming a difference solely for you.

"Nothing Ventured - Nothing Gained!"

Tonight, I felt compelled to write just a few words about relationships, no I am not an expert, nor do I purport to be, however there are some thoughts I would like to share.  First of all, when you truly respect and admire someone you are unafraid to expose who you are.  We all have faults, and we all have positive attributes.  When we find ourselves opening up and revealing the truth of who we are with others and share our deepest feelings, we then we are able to create unbreakable bonds.  As an individual, I am very fortunate indeed to have many close friends who love me and I them.  If I called tonight in the early hours and asked for real help, I know they would come, as I would for them. 

When it comes to male and female relationships, we sometimes must realize not everyone is at the same place in their being-hood.  Some individuals are still grappling at handling hurt, others are prepping themselves for a relationship, and some are truly ready to spread their wings and immerse themselves completely into a new venture with a willing partner.

I was reading a book talking about living life like an ant.  We must carry our weight, be patient and take things one step at a time in our stride.  There are many people who want to rush the steps A, B, C to Z, versus realizing there may be a few more steps in between.  Others are afraid and paralyzed by the hurt they hold from the past.  The real reality of our lives is we must be brave, bold and courageous.  Remember the cliché, “nothing ventured, nothing gained.”  So here I am today like a modern day Ann Landers providing advice:  do not be afraid, do not fear, rather believe the best about others, about yourself and realize this is your life to live today.

I believe in love.  I have been in love many times, and even though I also have experienced hurt and caused hurt; I am still unafraid to march forth.  This life of ours is a very precious gift, and we must realize the sanctity of what we have.  Today is a good day to take a few steps just like those little ants.  Today is a good day to tightly embrace one of your friends, verbally express your love, admiration and respect. It is a good day to believe.

Our feelings and emotions are quite powerful, quite convincing to this ‘ole universe we live in, and I pray this day, that we all are able to live with great faith expecting only the best. 

These thoughts are good first steps to creating the kind of lasting relationships you seek in your life.  My family and friends are the most important people in my life as I am sure they are in yours too.  So, today decide to make a difference in their lives.  Decide today to do something good for someone to affect their life for the better. 

Some of you who read my words, I know quite well.  Some of you, maybe we have met maybe once or twice, and for many of you, we have never seen the whites of one another’s eyes.  Regardless, tonight, this night in mid-May, I want you to know that I admire you, some of you I truly deeply love maybe more than you realize.  I pray your lives are fulfilled, you find happiness, real love and true peace of mind.    

Be strong, live and love!

Be aware to never compromise your life, it is the only one you have.

Live Unselfishly!

A good thought is to live unselfishly, to give your whole self away to the world!  The best of relationships is when two people are completely unselfish.  They give of themselves without the thought of receiving a reciprocal benefit.  They love and forgive, forgive and love, and give and give.  Love flows easily!  They do not seek perfection in another, nor do they feel the need to always prove themselves to a level of perfection to their lover or friend.  They are able to be themselves in all ways and express all their emotions:  happiness, sadness, ecstatic elation, moments of upset, and feelings of vigor, strength, kindness, amorous feelings and true flowing love.  They are accepted for who they are, and feel compelled to share their mutual feelings of optimism, light, life, and happiness.  They do not trample upon one another’s dreams, rather share true encouragement, and realize not every dream is to always be shared, but definitely supported by their friend.  Two people persuade one another to live their dreams, not allowing the past hold them down like an anchor, but to hoist it away and live expecting this day, today - to be a day of triumph and manifestation of their dreams.

Living unselfishly is to realize we are to be our best, not to worry, hold on to fear, rather faith knowing all things will be as they should.  It comes down to a knowing deep down inside of our souls that giving our best selves always places us in control of creating lives of great destiny.  The destiny we seek is to be our best for ourselves, and in doing so shower others around us with kindness, optimism, feelings of confidence, respectfulness and true love.

All this may seem altruistic for some, but they have not chosen to live up to their best, but rather choose mediocrity over a life seeking excellence.  True fulfillment is choosing to realize our dreams by giving away ourselves to others. 

I write this today, to you my friend, because I know deep inside the core of who I am… when I give myself away, that is when I am best.  And, I know for you, the same holds true.  The true fulfillment of our lives is realized when we think and believe the best of ourselves and others; and when we give away the best of who we are.  In doing so, when we abandon the selfish negative feelings we cling to, we will experience feelings of mutual euphoric pleasure.  A feeling felt only when two souls connect recognizing the best in one another.

When we give ourselves away, we experience the greatest of all feelings including approval, pleasure, happiness, fulfillment, contentment, agreement, true liking and love.

Today is a good day to clean up your soul, forgive and love.  Today is a good day to dress up your soul by respecting yourself.  Today is a good day to share smiles, express your feelings of affection to others with tight embraces, living your lives expressing the truth of who you are and who you are becoming by submitting your life to God to change the world.
