Life is so fleeting! This week I learned of a friend who has a
condition of which most do not survive and it reminds me the importance of
living each and every moment. Too many
people take this life for granted, believing that time will never end, when in
reality there is an end date for every living soul on this earth. With that in mind, may you reflect upon the
gifts you possess. If you have health,
celebrate it by exercising and working out.
If you have two arms, may you hug as a many as you can. If you have lips, may you kiss those you love
without restraint. If you have a good
mind, may you create, believe and focus upon bringing your wildest imaginings
into reality. If you are able to hear,
may you listen to the sweetest of melodies and those who need a caring ear. If you are able to speak, may you speak the
truth of who you really are and those around you by providing uplifting
sentences and singing the most pleasurable of melodies. If you are able to walk, always place your
best foot forward and smile with each advancing step.
You see my friend, life is to be
lived, every drop to be savored. If your
heart beats and it beats strong, then dream and believe and love. Rediscover why you are here, and be the
change you wish to see in your life. For
goodness sake, do not wait for tomorrow, for tomorrow may never come. Live your life as if this is your final day
knowing how you treat yourself and others is of vital importance. Be unafraid to exhibit the best of who you
are for in your last moments is how you may be remembered.
Go and live!
